Person who runs the XXImo administration on behalf of the customer and is authorised to apply for XXImo Mobility Cards – manage and block.

Each XXImo Mobility Card can be set up entirely uniquely. The employer decides what type of transactions the employee is allowed to use the card for. Authorising the different mobility services is done online by means of the self-service module.

The distance covered from door to door, which can be done in a motor vehicle, on foot, by public transport bicycle or public transport scooter, or using public transport.
Concept entailing calculation of the CO2 emissions based on the expenses incurred using the XXImo Mobility Card. The CO2 emissions can subsequently be compensated for.
Compensating for CO2 emissions caused by an activity or product by investing in compensation projects, such as (for example) renewable energy, forestry, capture of greenhouse gases and energy-saving measures.
An amount of credit paid by the customer or cardholder to the issuer, expressed in euros, for use of the mobility services.
The legal entity or natural person who, for the purposes of their business or occupation, has signed an agreement with XXImo.
The cardholder’s 8-digit personal number, which may be found under the name on the XXImo Mobility Card. This number may be asked for in communications with XXImo or its partners for the purpose of identifying the cardholder.
XXImo’s principle that ensures that there is always an extra check by a second administrator when it comes to adjustments made by the first administrator.
Card used to obtain and pay for fuel and lubricants.
Company with whom, if so agreed, the customer has signed an agreement for a facility on the XXImo Mobility Card.
Effecting a parking transaction using a mobile telephone by sending a text message to a predetermined telephone number at the start and finish of the period parked. For further information please see here.
Online self-service module from XXImo for cardholders who have a smartphone and are en route. On this page, the cardholder can at any time see the available budget, plan a route, top up his/her public transport chip card, request his/her PIN, find the nearest car park and much more.

A partner with whom XXImo has signed an agreement for the provision of mobility services associated with the XXImo Mobility Card.
The XXImo prepaid card will only work if credit has been transferred to the card in advance. If there is no credit or insufficient credit on the XXImo prepaid card, it will not be possible to make the payment. For that reason, the balance on the XXImo prepaid card is topped up to the desired amount of spending credit. This spending credit is entered by the administrator when applying for the card.
Securing a lower purchase price by large-scale purchasing of products and/or services on the part of XXImo.
The XXImo Mobility Card can be tailored to the individual. You will discuss with your employer beforehand which products and services are available to you. Products include: refuelling, parking, taxi and public transport. View a list of all products and services here.
Advance amount required by some companies, such as car hire firms and hotels, to place a reservation. This amount is offset against costs actually incurred. If the reservation amount exceeds the actual costs, the amount will be recredited to the XXImo Mobility Card.
Company or institution that accepts the XXImo Mobility Card as a method of payment.

The amount by which the credit on the XXImo Mobility Card can be increased.
Worldwide network in which payments can be made using a Visa card, meaning, of course, that payments can also be made using the XXImo Mobility Card.
VAT summary invoice
An invoice detailing all mobility services paid for using the XXImo Mobility Card in a given period. The VAT specified on this invoice can be used for the purposes of the VAT statement.

Secure portion of the website on which the administrator can manage and request the cardholders’ mobility services.
